This was a home that I had bought a few years ago and lived in until I moved to my new house and let family live in this one. No one takes care of a place as well as you do yourself I guess, so after a couple of years my showplace needed a lot of work and repairs. I was going to list it with a real estate agent, but they all kept telling me it needed work to be done before they would put it on the market, and I just didn’t want to fool with it so the house sat vacant for awhile.
